Starting this year and running through 2026, free unlimited-use ORCA transit cards are available to Seattle Housing Authority residents. There are no income requirements. Learn more and apply here. The application is available in English, Amharic, Arabic, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Spanish, Khmer, Somali, Tigrinya, Vietnamese, Oromo, Korean, Russian, and Tagalog.
